There is a lot of exciting news for Dodge going into 2025. At Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, we are just as excited as drivers in Torrington. Most notable is the reintroduction of the Dodge Charger. The Dodge Durango holds on to the Hemi, and the Dodge Hornet gets some sporty upgrades.
Dodge Charger
The era of V8 Hemi-powered Dodge muscle cars is over. May their earth-shaking rumble forever live in our hearts. Powering the Dodge Charger for 2025 will be a twin-turbocharged I6, producing 420 or 550 horsepower, depending on the tune. While purists will argue this is heresy, here at Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, we like that it's powerful, lighter, and has better fuel efficiency than a massive V8. All of that adds up to more fun for drivers in Bristol.
Dodge Durango
The Dodge Durango continues to hold onto the Hemi V8. Opting for either the 5.7-liter or the 6.2-liter Hemi is up to you; both engines are a blast in this hotrod, shaped like an SUV for drivers in Waterbury. A few special editions like the SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet, R/T 20th Anniversary, SRT Hellcat Hammerhead, and SRT Hellcat Brass Monkey are being released. Price tags on the special editions are high, but they are likely to hold their value as this could be the last year for the Hemi.
Dodge Hornet
The Hornet continues to grow into its tires in 2025. Drivers in Hartford should expect minimal changes for the year. The biggest change is the addition of paddle shifters on the GT and GT Plus trims when the Track package is added.
